If you have been using Direct Connect (automatic download) this service will not be available for up to 72 hours post conversion (1/18/2012). This means the only way to download transactions are from within Yampa Valley Banks Online Banking and importing the transactions into Quicken or Quickbooks.

Quicken and Quickbooks Assistance

There are several changes that will need to be made for you to maintain your connection to Quickbooks and Quicken. The documents below will step you through the process that needs to be completed and are estimated to take approximately 15 – 20 minutes. Prior to selecting your document we need to define some terms:

To determine the software version of your software there is a help or about us tab in your program that will assist you with the version you are using.
Mac – Apple Macintosh Operating Systems
Windows – PC based Windows Operating Systems
The year is reflective of the year version of your Quickbooks or Quicken software
Direct Connect – If you currently log into Quicken or Quickbooks and your transactions are automatically downloaded into this software from YVB. Direct Connect is not available with the new website but a similar service is available (Express Web Connect)
Web Connect – If you export a file from the YVB website that you then import into Quickbooks or Quicken

To choose your correct help file you need to determine 1) Whether you are currently using Quicken or Quickbooks; 2) Whether your computers Operating System is Windows or Mac; 3) The year version of the Quicken or Quickbooks software you are using; 4) If you are currently using Direct Connect, or Web Connect to download transactions from YVB into your software.
