Starting on Monday, September 16th, Yampa Valley Bank’s online banking will feature new SecureAlerts to let you know the moment something important happens in your account. You can choose from dozen of account activity alerts, including security, balance, transaction and ATM alerts. Messages are sent instantly using any delivery channel you choose – text message, email, or push notification.

If you currently have alerts set up through Event Planner, you will need to recreate those alerts using SecureAlerts by Monday, September 30th. To set up new alerts:
1. Log on to your online banking and select Alerts.
2. Click each Category in Alert Options to view the list of available alerts.
3. Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account, and select how you’d like to receive them. Hit Save.
